Staff training for A.R.AL. SpA

Training sessions and co-design of an action plan to improve the dialogue with the local community

Between the end of 2022 and the beginning of 2023, Poliedra’s facilitation team, in collaboration with Ascolto Attivo, carried out a participatory process for A.R.AL. with the aim of promoting greater individual and corporate awareness about stakeholder engagement activities in the local area. The training also involved the company’s management, collaborators and employees who, during a dedicated meeting, proposed some initiatives to increase Aral’s dialogue with the local community.

Building on these results, in the early months of 2024 it was decided to further explore the proposals that emerged in order to investigate which ones were worth implementing, thanks to the specific budget allocated for this purpose by the A.R.AL. management.

During two interactive workshop sessions with some employees and collaborators:

  • the proposals collected in the previous year were reviewed, analyzed and grouped by Aral staff, in order to identify the most important elements;
  • a collaborative space was opened with the aim of adding further ideas and/or elaborating on those already present, in order to then select the priority one to be implemented, which concerned the company’s communication strategy;
  • the group was guided in the design of an action plan to be implemented by the summer of 2024.

The project is activated within the framework of the Facilitambiente service of the Chamber of Commerce of Milan-Monza-Brianza-Lodi and the Milan Chamber of Arbitration, created to promote dialogue between citizens, businesses and public administration and to prevent environmental disputes.
