Guide line for the SEA in Lombardia according to European Community Framework

In 2007 Poliedra has been assigned by IReR (Regional Research Institute) to carry out a research on “environmental assessment of EU programs implementation tools for negotiated programming”.

The activities included:

  • analysis of the environmental evaluations previously carried out within the Integrated Development Programmes;
  • elaboration of possible synergic actions between the Environmental Quality DG and the other interested DGs;
  • elaboration of guidelines for Local Bodies with indicators, criteria and models for the environmental evaluation of implementation tools for communitarian programmes.
