Feasibility studies for the implementation of a dial-a-ride system in low demand areas and in urban contexts as integration of traditional pblic transport. Two different approaches were taken in consideration: door-to-door systems and deviated fixed route services.

• PRONTOBUS MILANO (2000-2002) – Feasibility study, financed by the Environment Ministry and the Milano Municipality for a dial-a-ride system for Milano city. With the collaboration of ATM (the local LPT company), Poliedra implemented a software for the planning and management of the service.
• ZIBUS (2001) – Feasibility study for a dial-a-ride service for Zibido San Giacomo municipality, in Milano province.
