On behalf of Formez, after of a series of technical seminars for training the Task Force of the Regional Environmental Authority, a handbook has been produced, containing a set of recommendations for improving the effectiveness of environmental assessment throughout the whole life cycle of programs co-financed by the Structural Funds.

On particular, the focus was on the less explored methodological aspects within the relative legislation and on the available technical documentation, including tools for the optimization of negotiation and participatory processes and for the identification of the elements of governance.
