Bike sharing services
Feasibility studies for the implementation of bike sharing services for Milano (2007), Segrate (2008-2009), Como (2011) municipalities.
The studies have taken in consideration different possible level of service in terms of area covered, capillarity, localization of the stations, management, technology used, taking care about financial sustainability and the specific territorial context. Both studies are financed by Fondazione Cariplo. For Como Poliedra has defined the call for tender for service implementation. For Milano Poliedra has defined the technical specification for the BikeMi.

Scientists, policy makers and the public from Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Italy, Latvia, Norway have contributed to the project.
Poliedra was in charge for methodological aspects of the participative process, constantly monitoring the progress of the project.
