Poliedra, in collaboration with the CCRR Lab of Politecnico di Milano and the company TerrAria srl, provides a service to certain partnerships selected by Fondazione Cariplo during the fourth edition of the Call for Ideas “Climate Strategy”. The service is structured in the following phases:

• Tutoring to 4 of 10 partnerships selected. The goal is to develop project ideas to be submitted for a subsequent selection phase outlined in the Call.
• Technical assistance to 3 of 5 partnerships selected. The goal is to draft the Climate Transition Strategies to be submitted to the final stage of selection for resource allocation.
• Technical-scientific support to 3 of 4 partnership co-financed by Fondazione Cariplo. The goal is to support the quick and successful launch of the Climate Transition Strategies’ implementation.

The tutoring activities, which ended in November 2024, focused on capacity bulding of public bodies and other actors involved in the partnerships, supporting them in the development of a preliminary idea for a Climate Transition Strategy.

Specifically, Poliedra coordinated the tutoring activities of the partnership led by the City of Lecco, and contributed to the activities addressed to the other three consortia (led respectively by the Municipality of Bussero, the Municipality of Segrate, and the GruBria Park), providing expert inputs on:

• defining the governancefor building and implementing the Climate Transition Strategy
• mapping local stakeholdersto engage in the process and strengthening the networks that can support the implementation of the actions and the dissemination of the results.

The technical assistance, ended in October 2025, accompanied the partnerships in the drafting of the Climate Transition Strategies, submitted to Fondazione Cariplo for the final evaluation.

In this phase, Poliedra continued to coordinate the technical assistance activities of the partnership led by the City of Lecco (Lecco Eco Platform) and to contribute to the other two consortia led, respectively, by the Municipality of Bussero (Climart) and the GruBria Park (aGREENment); specifically, the contribution concerned:

• in-depth definition of internal and external governance scheme for the Strategy,
• design and implementation of a first event of citizen and stakeholder participation,
• detailed description of the actions concerning participation and activation of actors, capacity building, strengthening of partnership and networks.

The technical-scientific support, started in May 2026, will result in the implementation of following specific quick-win activities:

• the design of the continuous consultation process for the Strategy; the survey on the status and prospects of active mobility; and the assessment of the agricultural sector’s climate impact (Lecco ECO Platform).
• the survey on the status and prospects of municipal employee mobility (aGREENment).
• the design of the process for developing the Territorial Climate Pact (Climart).
