The participatory process of the Air and Climate Plan of the Municipality of Milan won a “Special Mention” at the 15th edition of the “Best Practice in Citizen Participation” Award, of the International Observatory of Participatory Democracy!
We are proud to have taken part in this process of participation and engagement of citizens and stakeholders, together with AMAT and the EIT-Climate-KIC, which financed part of path with the Deep Demonstrator project. The good participatory practices implemented, such as transparency, the mapping of the actors and the focus on inclusion, were particularly appreciated by the international jury. The methodology used also received particular attention, especially the level of coordination and multi-sectoral co-responsibility it carried out.
