Technical consulting to Finlombarda and Regione Lombardia for ACCESS, an INTERREG IV B project within the Alpine Space Programme of the European Commission, Priority Axis 2 – Accessibility and Connectivity. Feasibility study and pilot projects with the aim of improving the accessibility to services of general interest and the performances of public transport in sparsely populated mountain areas. The project supported the institution of area mobility managers for tourism and manufacturing companies workers and for cross-border commuters.
