Poliedra provided technical assistance to the Managing Authority of the EAFRD Funds of the Autonomous Region of Valle d’Aosta in the context of the Rural Development Program 2014/22 (RDP 14/22) for the preparatory activities of the new 2023/27 programming period for local development in Valle d’Aosta, with particular reference to the complementarity between the Leader approach, financed by the European Agricultural Fund for Rural Development (EAFRD), and the Smart Villages approach, in order to ascertain their potential synergies in the development of future regional territorial strategies.

Poliedra, in cooperation with the EAFRD MA of the Valle d’Aosta Region, organised stakeholder meetings throughout the region, for groups of Unités des Communes Valdôtaines, for the collection of needs and priorities to be included in the new programming, emphasizing local needs and regional trends, through an assessment methodology developed ad hoc and aimed at including in the new programming the issues that emerge from the territories.
